Unlike our own competition, Onyx Graphics is not afraid to provide you with our prices,
policies and terms for; Web Consulting, Web Development, Graphics Development
and all of our Web Services and Development, as well as our Web Hosting prices.

Contracts. Remember the first call is free. All of
our Prices are all based on a fixed hourly wage, depending on the service that is provided by us.
Retainers, and specialized agreements are available if needed.
Our Pricing structure is broken up into different options to best fit your needs;

Web Development Fees
Web development, consulting & programing; these terms are used and meant for the development
of websites from a programing point of view. Which would include all coding, scripts,
programing, database development, E-Commerce development (shopping carts), forms and
back end coding and setup. IT DOES NOT MEAN; web design,
graphics & animation development except where stated.

Website Development:

Including: all programing, scripts, coding, website structure
back end coding, web design and graphics development, website design, Does not
include; flash or animations, all images are either supplied to us or are used from
our ClipArt Collection.

Including: scripts, web programs and set up on your server if needed.

billed on a 10 hour contract for web development $ 150.00 an hour for the

billed on a 15 hour contract for web design.
(Including: 1 fully programmed web page with graphics and completed page design.

Complete Website Package Fees
The pricing below, is for complete website development. Which includes all the coding, programing,
scripts, graphics, animation and whatever is needed to design, build and complete your new website.
IT DOES NOT MEAN; Website Maintenance, updates, changes to completed
designs, or any future development whether for graphics or programing to your website once the
project is completed. If you wish a long term relationship with Onyx Graphics for all of your

Use the pricing structure below as an estimate or guide for your new website development. Each
Complete package is done on a per project bases. Just as each website has different needs and
goals, our prices for a complete site change with what is needed on a per project bases. For

Custom Website Development:

Onyx Graphics can set up a custom site as you need under a flat fee plan.
All information and details of your web project must be sent to us. Flat fee plans range
from $500.00 and up and are based on an estimate of what the completed website would be
and the time allowed in its creation. This can include all; web development, graphics,
scripts, programs, etc... We can come up with a fully custom site and payment plan to

Simple Website Development:
3 to 5 page website

Billed on a 10 hour contract agreement which includes: web design.

This does not include: domain name registration, web hosting, or advance scripts
or web programs, also does not include custom graphics, animations or modifications
to your graphics. A $125.00 an hour fee will apply after the first 10 hours are used

E-Commerce Website:
5-10 pages plus
Shopping Cart website

Billed on a 25 hour contract agreement which includes: web design.
e-commerce program with up to 100 items, web development, coding, basic graphics from
our clip art collection. Basic scripts such as; feed back form, guest book, message board,
calendar. and set up on your server. This does not include: domain name registration, web
hosting, or advance scripts or web programs, also does not include custom graphics,
animations or modifications to your graphics. Instant credit card transactions, merchant
accounts, ebay auctions, paypal accounts or other billing methods can be set up on this
account, but other fees above the basic costs can and will apply. A $150.00 an hour fee
will apply after the first 25 hours are used up. Use this package for a 5-10 page basic
